- User-generated content uploaded to the Service (e.g., messages, files, logs)

- Authenticate users and manage user accounts

You are solely responsible for the nature and sensitivity of the information you upload to the Service. Your personal data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions outside of your home country, including the United States, Singapore, or the EU. Where required by applicable law, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions to ensure data protection.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal and organisational data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, or meet legitimate business requirements.
If you begin a trial and do not convert to a paid subscription, all associated data — including user accounts and uploaded content — will be permanently deleted after 30 days from the end of the trial period. If your organisation cancels its subscription or fails to renew, all data will be deleted 30 days after the subscription ends.
We do not confirm deletion with the customer. Data is removed automatically according to this schedule, and we are unable to recover it once deleted.
9. Disclosures of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data:
- To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
- To protect our legal rights or prevent misuse of the Service
- To detect, investigate, or prevent security incidents or fraud
- To service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
